I'm dairy intolerant. I have a whole host of gut issues (of which I won't bore you with now!). Yet still, food for me is a joy. I genuinely look forward to every single meal - I live to eat! I think it's so important to love and enjoy what's on a plate in front of you and not be scared of it and for my children to have a positive relationship with it, to have fun.

It's about eating abundantly, eating the rainbow and eating as diverse a range of plant based foods as possible so we can nourish our bodies.

And don't forget, what works for you, might not work for everyone else and vice versa. But that's okay. Just find your jam and go with it!
